Are you looking to invest in a CRM Database? Then this highly interactive Q&A session on CRM databases is for you.
If you have been struggling to get off the ground with your CRM database, data or marketing activity with it, you now have an opportunity to ask someone who has been doing it for years. And in the spirit of this session, the Yorkshire branch of the PM Forum have predicted some of the questions you may have about this latest session:
What sort of session is this?
It is highly interactive and very informal. It is mainly a questions and answers session, mixed up with some great tips - from the speaker and other delegates who want to chip in. You'll find out some very simple 'gems' for a successful implementation. You can also ask anything you like about CRM databases. So, if you want to know the easiest route of moving from 'snail mail' to eMarketing, have an issue with incorrect data, want to get more out of your CRM database, or are looking at implementing a database within your firm - just ask!
What will you get out of attending?
- You'll have some easy to implement hints and tips
- You'll have access to the speaker's hindsight - fourteen years of CRM data and databases
- You'll have the opportunity to get answers to your particular situation
Who will find this session of most use?
If you are responsible for the implementation of your firm's CRM database and all things around it, whether 10 or 1,000+ users, you will find this session of use. If that's not you, just forward this invite to your colleagues who might find it of interest.
About the speaker
Simon McNidder has been the CRM database manager at Pinsent Masons LLP for over eight years. He developed and implemented their CRM database, eMarketing and data strategy. He has won two awards during the project (a LEMA, and an 'all industries' CRM award), and integrated users from two mergers, creating a global database with 1,800 users. Simon has a Masters degree in Marketing, and fourteen years experience in eMarketing, mailshots and CRM databases – eleven of those in professional services, including PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his spare time, he is steward of www.DatabaseFirstAid.com , a CRM Database 'tips' website for professional service firms. Visit it, and you'll know he's hot on CRM databases, but not websites!
